Engage, Participate, and Break Free:

Addressing Personal Barriers to Social Inclusion

This project delivers 60 workshops across 12 topics identified by CaLD communities as key barriers to participating in broader community life. Many individuals feel isolated or self-conscious due to a lack of understanding around certain health and wellbeing challenges—both for themselves and their loved ones.

These workshops aim to build confidence, raise awareness of available services, and empower participants to engage more fully in social and community activities and are delivered by experienced professionals, offering practical, culturally sensitive information.

Workshop dates and venues will be promoted through social media and on this page. Please continue to follow us.
